Planning Activities to THRIVE

By Heather Avery

Dr. Greg Wells met with a dedicated group of almost 50 students and staff on Friday morning to lead them through a planning exercise. Together, students and staff identified the projects that they felt were most important to improving student well-being. Identified projects ranged from sleep hygiene to reducing stress to being more active to incorporating mindfulness in classes to creating an LCS garden to nutrition education. The group plans to roll out its program over the next few months, and to meet again in January to plan more actions. LCS is thriving!
