Academic Support

Lakefield College School prides itself on its commitment to meeting the learning needs of all students, whether those needs involve extra support for academic success or enrichment opportunities for extra challenge. We take great pleasure in seeing our students thrive during their time at LCS and achieve their university dreams, nourished to achieve their potential by a learning environment adapted especially to their particular strengths.

Learning Support

Students with identified learning differences will find a nurturing environment at LCS that prepares them for autonomy, self-advocacy, and university success. Students are accommodated through a broad range of learning support programs, including learning strategies coursesacademic coaching, training in adaptive technology use with programs such as voice-to-text, text-to-voice software and test/exam support.
