A Haunting Night

By Véréna Lefebvre ’17

Saturday, October 22 was a big day at Lakefield College School. The atmosphere in the halls was shady and unusual, as all students were taken through stations scattered around the school for evaluations.

Students were terrified, some laughed due to nervousness, while others simply screamed, petrified by the action rising right before their own eyes. Students of all grades were taken through a surgery room, a graveyard, a patient room, a children’s ward, and many others. Most students enjoyed being frightened so much they felt the need to go for a second round!

The grad class is pleased to say that everything went well, all students were safe from insanity and the disease, but most of all, that students were delighted to participated in yet another successful Haunted Halls.

Thank you to everyone in the Grad class that participated in putting on the Haunted Halls. Without your help in setting up, acting and taking down the areas, this event would not have been possible! A special shout out and thank you to our make-up artists- Tori Quick ’17, Ruby Byrne ’17, Tara Piggott ’17, Bella Runza ’17, Vandana Narine ’17, Grace Zhu ’17, Katie Little ’17, Bibi An, ’17, Andreea Pena ’17, Dash Egudkina ’18, Sarah Martin ’19 and Claire Campbell ‘19
