1st Boys’ Soccer
Coaches: Janice Runza, Elliott Exton
On Wednesday, October 26, the 1st Boys’ Soccer team hosted The York School in the final game of the regular season. Needing a win to guarantee home-field advantage for quarterfinals, the men in red came out firing on all cylinders. It was an impressive performance, and the coaches were proud of the team's effort at both ends of the pitch, and the flawless execution of the game plan. The final score read 7-0 in favour of LCS, enough to earn a home berth against Country Day School in the quarters on Wednesday, November 2. Congratulations, gentlemen!

1st Girls’ Field Hockey
Coaches: Erica Chellew, Laura King
The 1st Girls’ Field Hockey team hit their stride in full this week. After a tense tie with Branksome Hall on Wednesday, the players were determined to perform to their best abilities against Bayview Glen on Friday. And every player on the field did just that. Bayview Glen was not weak, but they were left with mouths agape in the driving sleet as the LCS girls continued to press forward relentlessly for a 4-0 victory. The coaches are most proud of the players' ability to focus under pressure and to use each other wisely on the field.

Jr. Boys’ Volleyball
Coaches: Joe McRae, Rob Fleming
The Jr. Boys’ Volleyball team played Country Day School in an epic volleyball battle this past week. LCS won in 4 sets (25-15, 25-23, 20-25, 26-24).
