This week in yoga, we combined our tea meditation with the personalization of a poem and image of "A Tree in Winter." Can't you feel the serene energy in these photos?
It was so lovely to have two of our Senlis exchange students join us during their stay. So grateful for the healing space of the lower common room of Uplands House and these wonderful young women.
