Colouring for a Cause | An Art Project by Nancy Lu ’22

This fall, as part of one of her Grade 12 visual arts projects, artist Nancy Lu ‘22 designed and drew colouring book pages based on her favourite places around Lakefield’s campus. Nancy says, “My main reason for creating this colouring book was to showcase places around campus that are great places to relax and reduce anxiety. That is exactly what I hope people will feel by using my colouring book. I hope the viewers will enjoy the feeling of these secret places and the cute surprises they may find along the way.”

On Wednesday, March 11, Nancy sold copies of her colouring book during the Now. Here. This. Performance Arts Showcase. Proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Y.W.C.A. in Peterborough.
