April Break Staycation Fun

Written by: Jen Horrigan (Coordinator of International Students and Travel)

During April Break, 40 students joined the school's trip to Niagara Falls and Toronto. Students made the most of their time by taking in much of what the two cities have to offer. Thrill-seekers enjoyed the Fallsview Indoor Water Park, Clifton Hill Skywheel, Go Karting, and other amusements in Niagara Falls. Beautiful weather to start the break made great opportunities to see the falls and explore the many attractions on Clifton Hill. The group then moved to Toronto where they were able to explore downtown attractions. Highlights included a trip to Chinatown, a performance of Cirque du Soleil's Kurios (the opening weekend), Escape Maze fun, Toronto's famed Casa Loma, a trip up the CN Tower, a visit to Ripley's Aquarium, and cheering the Toronto Blue Jays on to a win over the Oakland Athletics.
