LCS Mighty MOs

By Derek Doucet

LCS Mighty MOs kicked off on the 1st of MOvember with a Group Shave in the MO Cave, typically known as Room 2. It was a great launch to the campaign by the one and only Darren Mossman in Chapel on Monday and we're looking forward to another great campaign. We have finished in the top 3 across Canadian high schools for the past 5 years, and this year have our sights set on gold!

MOvember is about so much more than the moustaches we sport on our faces. It's about changing the conversation, changing the face of men's health and changing the fact that prostate cancer, mental health, testicular cancer and countless other diseases that arise from a life of too much sitting, will eventually take a MO Bro to the grave before his time.

We invite everyone from the LCS Community to join us in our quest to save the men in our lives. Whether we're stoic, stupid or scared, we have to talk about our health. Join our team, the LCS Mighty MOs and let's start this conversation with all the MO Bros and MO Sistas in our community. https://moteam.co/lcs-mighty-mos

In the meantime, call your doctor and set up a physical, take a long walk on the beach, learn a foreign language, seek the support you need for your mental health, and talk, and once you're done talking to your loved ones about their health, make them get a physical, take a long walk, etc...

We will be doing a few things at the school for the month of MOvember so stay tuned and follow us on Instagram @lcsmos or on other social media via our #LCSMOs hashtag.

Together, we can make this MOvember, one to remember.
