Learning to Make Butter Tarts!

As the temperatures warmed up this week and maple-syrup buckets appeared all around campus collecting sap, students experienced another Canadian tradition - making butter tarts. On Sunday, February 25 students learned how to make their own pastry and butter tart filling. Thank you to Renée MacDonell for sharing her expertise and providing this delicious learning opportunity for our students.
