Mock Crisis Committee Formed

Last week, the Model UN group held their own Crisis Committee titled "North Korea vs. The World." Delegates (students) ranging from Olympic Committee members to nation presidents met for an hour and a half, debating how they would imagine getting Ivanka Trump back to the USA from her kidnappers' hands without paying the 21 billion dollar ransom.
Through plot twists and crisis updates, the group of 12 worked efficiently, passionately and diligently through the dilemma. It was such a successful session but, as we all know, diplomacy is a slow and strategic process so the group will be meeting again this week to continue working on this in hopes of drafting a successful resolution. Stay tuned!
