What does it mean to be a Grove Roots Mentee?
When you are involved in the Grove Roots Mentoring Program as a mentee, global leaders from the Grove community are at your fingertips. You will be paired with a mentor who is ready to offer meaningful guidance: they will work to understand your hallmarks of success, and support you as you work towards them.
It might be a conversation, a handful of meetings or a relationship spanning many years—all it takes is a spark. Perhaps your mentor will pique your interest in a specialization, show you how to think differently about an issue or opportunity or open your eyes to a career path you didn’t know existed.

Lakefield College School is a private, coeducational boarding and day school for students in grades 9 through 12, located in Lakefield, Ontario, Canada.
