Earn Ontario Secondary School credits and create more flexibility in your 2021/22 academic schedule, or get ahead in a particular area. Open to all secondary school students.

    LCS Summer Academy Bridge Program

    Duration
    13 weeks, on campus (flexible). We recognize that your child may have a later school end date and are happy to discuss these individual circumstances further.

    Fees
    Full Summer Boarding $18,000

  • Schedule

    • June 6 - 27: Light programming (waterfront activities, cooking, movie nights, etc.) and other academic and service-related activities
    • June 27 - July 23: Select from one of the following courses:
    • July 23 - August 8: Light programming and other academic and service-related activities
    • August 9 - September 3: Select from the following courses:
    • September 3 - 6: Light programming before the school year starts up again
  • Laptops

    Students will need to bring a laptop computer to complete and submit academic assignments. Student residences and academic areas all have Wi-Fi.
  • Study Permit for International Students

    Any student who is not a Canadian citizen or Permanent resident of Canada must obtain a study permit to attend Lakefield College School Summer Academy programs. It is the responsibility of the parent (or guardian) to obtain the necessary documents and authorization prior to their student entering Canada to study.
     
    If you have not already done so, please contact your nearest Canadian Embassy or Consulate as soon as possible to begin the process. For complete details of the application process and requirements, please visit the website of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada to complete your study permit application.
