From Seed to Table: Adventures in Eco-Farming
This four-week credit program provides the opportunity to learn about food production and eco-farming through hands-on adventures on our school farm. Students plant, nurture, and harvest greens, root vegetables, and more, learning first-hand about the business of running a farm and the value of sustainability.
Mornings and evenings are devoted to the farm program; afternoons are spent in recreational activities on our waterfront and campus. Students earn an Ontario Secondary School interdisciplinary course credit (IDC30).
