In this five-day program preparing students academically and socially for Grade 9, students spend their mornings reviewing the math and science skills and knowledge important for success in Grade 9 in Ontario schools, and choose from a wide array of traditional camp activities in the afternoon that allow them to experience sports that may be part of their high school experience. The overnight program is rounded out by evening programming at our waterfront and on our beautiful rural campus.

In both the academic and the athletic aspects of this program, students are prompted to identify their strengths and passions and find ways of using both to advance their understanding, whether of a math problem or a sailing technique. Teaching techniques encourage personalized learning and growth.
