LCS Student Grade Representatives and Leadership

Each year, newly elected Grade Reps (Grades 9-11) participate in a leadership retreat. Using our amazing campus and resources, LCS staff provide a fun and challenging group development progression that allows students to truly connect with their new student leadership role and feel welcome. At the retreat this year, Co-Head Students, Emilia Voudouris ’19 and Max Brandes ’19 facilitated discussions and debriefs with the other students to discover how, as a team, they might purposefully engage with the school community. The ultimate goal of the retreat was to leave feeling connected and looking forward to the leadership development opportunities their Grade Rep role will provide.
