Whether you choose a day or overnight camp, each camper will select a morning program based on session availability and personal interest.
Afternoon and overnight experiences are shared with other campers in your age group and designed to take full advantage of our 315 acre waterfront campuses, enhancing the fun, learning, and connection sparked in the morning.
Day Camps
Our day camp programs offer a blend of planned morning programming that reflects your interests—academics, cooking, climbing, bushcraft, and more—followed by "Camper's Choice" afternoons, where campers choose activity periods with campers from other programs for classic camp fun with activities such as paddling, climbing, group games, and art room activities.

Seed to Table Adventures: $435 (5 Days)
From soil to supper, campers explore a wide variety of culinary, farming, and nature adventures while they explore the food journey firsthand—immersed in nature and hands-on learning at our Northcote Campus farm and our main campus kitchen. Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2012, 2013 or 2014.

Advance skills in canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, and sailing. Campers will make the most of the 7,000 feet of waterfront that LCS has to offer, in every way possible! All levels of experience are welcome. Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2012, 2013 or 2014.

Culinary Adventures: $435 (5 Days)
Campers roll up their sleeves to explore the journey of food from garden to plate. Through hands-on lessons in knife skills, food prep, and creative presentation, they’ll learn how to cook with fresh, local ingredients and discover the joy of making something new. Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2012, 2013, or 2014.

Designed for older campers eager to take their passion for cooking to the next level, this full-day program builds confidence and skill through hands-on culinary learning. Campers spend both mornings and afternoons mastering knife skills, food preparation, and creative menu design using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This program follows a focused, full-day structure and does not include “Camper’s Choice” afternoons. For a blend of kitchen time and classic camp fun, families can explore our Culinary Adventures program. Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2009, 2010, or 2011.

Farming Adventures: $435 (5 Days)
Dig into the rhythms of farm life—seeding, planting, harvesting, outdoor cooking, and creating—through hands-on adventures in regenerative agriculture at our Northcote Campus. All levels of experience are welcome. Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2012, 2013 or 2014

An engaging program to boost academic, social, and confidence-building skills for a strong start to Grade 7 or 8. Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2013 or 2014.
High Performance Athletic Camp: $435 (5 Days)
Athletes train in the fundamentals of strength, speed, and conditioning—learning proper technique through resistance training, sprints, and plyometrics. They’ll also explore what it takes to excel as a leader and teammate, with sessions on sports psychology, nutrition, and goal setting. The program builds confidence, discipline, and healthy habits that prepare young athletes for success in any sport—using LCS’s new fitness centre and state-of-the-art facilities.Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2012, 2013, or 2014.

Overnight Camps | Morning Programs
Choose a morning adventure below—immersive, hands-on, and themed just for you—then come together with other campers for lively afternoons and evenings of swimming, team games, and sunset games and campfires under the stars.
Overnight campers arrive in the evening prior to start date; a time, before dinner, will be shared closer to the program.
Optional Bridge Weekend excursions are available for an additional cost (e.g., Canada's Wonderland; 4th Line Theatre). Select excursions during registration.

Canoe Tripping I: $1,340 (5 Days)
Campers will develop outdoor and team-building skills with the perfect introduction to overnight camping experiences—with one night camping at the LCS main campus, and another at the Northcote campus. Learn the joy of paddling, camping, and making your own food outdoors in Canoe Tripping I. Outside of their camping excursions, campers will have the opportunity to sign up for other camp activities, including climbing, arts, and sports games across the LCS Campus. Building on the fundamentals of paddling, camping, and outdoor cooking from Canoe Tripping I, campers will embark on their first multi-day canoe and camping adventure to further build their confidence and skills in nature. Campers will practice paddling techniques, follow the principles of Leave No Trace, and develop the confidence to handle extended time outdoors, while strengthening teamwork and problem-solving skills. Outside of their camping excursions, campers will have the opportunity to sign up for other camp activities, including climbing, arts, and sports games across the LCS Campus. Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2011, 2012, or 2013.

Campers split their days between The Farm and the campus kitchen, exploring the journey of food from garden to plate through hands-on experiences in cooking, farming, and nature. They’ll dig, taste, and create using fresh produce from Northcote Farm—immersed in a week of culinary, farm, and nature adventures that connect people, community, and the land. Afternoons offer the opportunity for campers to personalize their day with “Camper’s Choice” activities to explore favourite interests before Evening Programs featuring Campfires, BBQs, and themed events that make the week as memorable as it is delicious. Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2012, 2013, or 2014.
Session 7: August 9 - August 14

Designed for our oldest campers, this immersive overnight program builds advanced outdoor and leadership skills through hands-on experiences—including first aid certification, wilderness camping, canoeing, and team challenges. Outdoor Leaders mentor younger campers, help plan theme days, and develop the confidence and practical skills that prepare them for future counselor-in-training and leadership roles at camp. Afternoons offer the opportunity for campers to personalize their day with “Camper’s Choice” activities—enjoying sports, art, or time on the water—before evenings of relaxation and fun with campfires, BBQs, theme nights, and laughter with friends after a full day outdoors. A Saturday excursion to Canada’s Wonderland is included. Prerequisite: Campers must be born in 2010 or 2011.
Culinary Intensive: $1,340 (5 Days)
Designed for older campers ready to take their passion for cooking to the next level, this immersive overnight program builds culinary skill and confidence through full-day, hands-on learning. Learn To Ride Equestrian Camp: $1,440 (5 Days)
Saddle up for an unforgettable equestrian adventure! In partnership with Kildare Stables, campers will spend their mornings mastering the art of horseback riding with daily one-hour lessons that build confidence and skill in the saddle. Beyond riding, they'll dive into the world of horse care through hands-on workshops, barn time, and lessons that cover everything from grooming and feeding to stable management. Afternoons offer the opportunity for campers to personalize their experience with “Camper’s Choice” activities back on campus before dinner—enjoying canoeing, art, or team games—followed by evening summer camp activities with their counselors at LCS. Prerequisites: Age eligibility is determined based on the year your camper was born. Campers must be born in 2012, 2013 or 2014.
Overnight | Bridge Weekends and Staycation Program
Extend the fun between two or more Overnight Camps with weekend adventures like Canada’s Wonderland, treetop trekking, or local cultural outings—perfect for campers staying multiple weeks.
LCS students who enrol in our summer programs that end on September 4, 2026, and need to stay until New Student Arrival Day, will have the opportunity to stay on campus and enjoy the waterfront and additional programming for students.
Create your own summer camp adventure program by selecting an overnight camp for each week, above, and bridging the weekend between with a fun filled activity. Enjoy a different activity each weekend on Saturday. Previous Bridge Weekends have included visits to Canada's Wonderland, Peterborough Lift Locks Cruises, the Canadian Canoe Museum, and Ganaraska Treetop Trekking. Prerequisite: Campers must have turned 11 by December 31, 2025. Campers must be attending camp the week before or after to enrol in a bridge weekend.

Incoming LCS Student Staycation | September 4 - September 10
The LCS Student Staycation Program: $1,600
A fun weekend of excursions and programming for students finishing camp programs on September 4 and staying at LCS until New Student Arrival Day the next week. Prerequisites: Must be a new, incoming LCS Student entering Grades 9-12, who is taking a summer program ending on September 4, 2026.
Weekend fees include all entry fees, food, transport, and accommodation.
(A request for returning LCS students may be granted at an increased cost for the additional days before their scheduled Returning Student Arrival Day).
Through interactive lessons, outdoor challenges, and hands-on projects, students build the study habits, self-awareness, and friendships that set them up for success in Grades 7 and 8, and beyond.
