We Play to Win and to Have Fun!

Every year, and every season, LCS is one of the most competitive and successful Division II schools in the Canadian Independent School Athletics Association (CISAA). Almost every LCS team qualifies for CISAA play-offs.
 
Since September, the 1st and Jr. Boys Soccer earned CISAA silver medals. The 1st and 2nd Field Soccer qualified for the CISAA Final Four championships and the 1st and Jr. Boys Volleyball qualified for CISAA play offs. Jr. Boys Hockey won the CISAA championship and gold medal and the 1st Boys Hockey qualified for CISAA play offs. The 1st Girls Volleyball earned CISAA silver medals. Jr. Girls Volleyball and 1st Boys Basketball qualified for CISAA play offs. In 1st Nordic, the Jr. Boys won the CISAA championship and gold medal and thirteen athletes qualified for OFSAA.  In 1st Alpine the Sr. Girls qualified for OFSAA.
 
First teams have played in tournaments in Lake Placid, Buffalo, Cleveland, Kitchener, Quebec, Toronto, Peterborough, and national CAIS tournaments, in addition to scheduled games at independent schools across Ontario.
 
Lakefield College School coaches are committed LCS faculty members; some have competed professionally, at the university level, and represented Canada.

Lakefield College School is a private, coeducational boarding and day school for students in grades 9 through 12, located in Lakefield, Ontario, Canada.
