Whether you have chosen to start in-person/on-campus or remotely, we look forward to welcoming all of our students back to class on Monday, September 14.
Important Dates and Information
All families can expect to receive the following information in preparation for the start of the school year:
An invitation to join the Leadership Team for a Meet & Greet and Orientation Zoom meeting, on September 3.
Invitations to virtual meetings with your Head of House and Advisor, by September 2:
Your Head of House is your “go to” person, and primary source of information for questions you may have leading up to the beginning of school and throughout the year.
Your Advisor will share details outlining your unique timetable and answer any questions you may have.
Arrival Days for Students Joining Us In Person / On Campus
As outlined in our Calendar of Important Dates (Provincial guidelines permitting) our on-campus registration/arrival days for all students in September are as follows:
Tuesday, September 8 — Grade 12 Students
Thursday, September 10 — New Students
Saturday, September 12 — Returning Students
We understand siblings may need to travel together. Choose the arrival day that works best for you (e.g. if you are a new student and your sibling is a Grade 12 student, you are both welcome to arrive on September 8).
Your Scheduled Arrival Time (Required for all Day and Boarding Students)
Provincial guidelines require that we stagger arrivals and restrict the number of families arriving on campus at any one time.
In order to help us with scheduling arrival times and orientation for each family, all day and boarding families must complete the LCS Travel and Arrivals Form.
If you are joining us remotely, please indicate so in the form. We will follow up with you.
If you are joining us in person, by August 25 your Head of House will be contacting you regarding your specific arrival time, including details and protocols for coming onto campus.
Students participating in our LCS Quarantine program will receive a separate communication.
Picking Up School Uniforms
All families should refer to our Standard Dress webpage for details on picking up school uniforms.
