March was an exciting month across LCS Athletics, with student-athletes showing incredible commitment, resilience, and teamwork both in competition and in training. Each of our nominees stood out not only for their performance, but for the way they supported their teams and elevated those around them.
This month’s nominees are:
Chris ’27— for his strong leadership and dedication to his team, highlighted by qualifying for two OFSAA events in the 100m and 200m.
Addie ’27 — for consistently bringing a positive attitude and giving her best effort in every game, helping to build a strong and encouraging team environment.
Brook ’29 — for her adaptability and leadership, stepping into multiple positions after an injury and guiding the junior team with confidence, composure, and resilience.
Josh ’26 — for his commitment and impressive performance at OFSAA Nordic, where he demonstrated grit, consistency, and determination while competing at the provincial level.
Maddie ’27 — for her exceptional performance at OFSAA Nordic, showing focus, determination, and the ability to rise to the challenge against top competitors in the province.
After careful consideration, we are pleased to announce that the March Athlete of the Month is Chris!
