Congratulations Felicia Neil!

By Mr. David Darby, Assistant Head: Community Relations

The Admissions Department, and the entire LCS staff and faculty, could not be more proud that Felicia Neil, Enrolment Manager: International, has been named the recipient of this year's Enrolment Management Association's Rising Star Award. Enrolment managers across North America are nominated for this award. This acknowledgment is a testament to Felicia's efforts and accomplishments and reflects the commitment that the entire admissions team dedicates to working with families that prioritize community, authentic learning opportunities and an understanding and appreciation of being outdoors every day.

Over the past four years, Felicia has played an instrumental role in increasing the international student diversity at Lakefield College School. We are incredibly fortunate to benefit from the diverse global perspectives our students bring to the LCS community from around the world. This year, even when faced with challenging travel restrictions, students from 44 countries call LCS home.

The bonds that Felicia makes with all of our families are genuine and heartfelt and her positive impact can be felt schoolwide. In addition to being an academic advisor and rowing coach, Felicia is a member of the school's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion taskforce and serves on the CAIS boarding Schools Data and Research Committee.
