Grade 9s Discover Whodunit

“Someone has stolen Ms. Kee’s Puppy Posey!” Grade 9 students took part in a CLUE mystery game with a Lakefield twist to discover the culprit while exploring our campus. Their job was to go to each location provided to ask each suspect, participating faculty and staff members, their guess of who, where and with what was used to steal the dog.

Each “suspect” had a set of clues and if students made a correct guess, the suspects revealed their clues. Once a clue was shown, students knew that the particular clue was NOT involved in this most devious crime. With an hour to complete the investigation, students met back at the boathouse by the waterfront for a debriefing.

LCS teachers are using innovative and creative class activities to get students outdoors, collaborating as a team and engaged with their learning!
