Nordic Invitational Celebrates Strength Across All Divisions

On Wednesday, February 4, 2026 Lakefield College School welcomed TASS, St. Peter’s, Adam Scott, and an enthusiastic elementary division to campus for the annual LCS Nordic Invitational. The event brought together skiers of all ages and abilities for a full day of racing, covering distances from 3 km for elementary and novice skiers, 5 km for juniors, and 7 km for seniors. The day wrapped up with high-energy relay races, showcasing teamwork and school spirit.

The elementary category featured racers in grades 4–8, including a few of our own staff children — Parker Murray, Kai Ross, Trudy Conroy, and Oakland Conroy — who added an extra layer of excitement and fun to the day. First-time skiers had the chance to test their skills and experience the thrill of the trails alongside more seasoned competitors.
