Junior Girls’ Field Hockey
Coaches: Melissa Rathier and Robin Spears
The Junior Girls’ Field Hockey Team traveled to Appleby on Wednesday, October 13. This was their first game on turf and they adapted brilliantly. Samantha Ramsay and Rachel Grant played tough on the right wing and helped set up Jasmine Shenandoah for the team’s first goal of the season. Caroline Dupuis stepped up to play goalie for Andi Fearnall and was fearless. The game was back and forth and despite many close chances LCS came up short with a 2-1 loss. They are looking forward to hosting Trinity at home next Wednesday!
