Ondaatje Challenge 2023: 600m Swim

The exhilarating journey of the 2023 Ondaatje Challenge reached its culmination this week, as athletes dove into a 600-metre swim. This year, the Ondaatje Swim standard remained just out of the reach of our dedicated athletes yet, what unites these extraordinary individuals, especially those who braved the chilly lake at 6:45 a.m., is their unwavering determination and indomitable spirit. Congratulations, everyone!

The time standards for the Ondaatje Medal require students to finish each event within 10 percent of the average winning time from the last 10 years.
