Running for a Cure

By Alaina Connelly

On Sunday, October 2, 135 LCS students and staff members participated and volunteered for the annual Run for the Cure in Peterborough.

This event helps raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research. This is the largest LCS representation that we have had in more than 10 years! It was incredible to see all the LCS students taking part in a great community event early Sunday morning.

As a school, we raised over $1,000! Special congratulations to Uplands House who had 100% participation! Thank you to everyone who came and supported this worthy cause.
