As our spring season comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to recognize the students whose dedication, leadership, and athletic performance stood out on the field. With input from our athletics staff and coaches, we’re proud to highlight this month’s top five nominees for Athlete of the Month—each of whom made a meaningful impact on their teams.
Faith Connelly’29 – A key player for Jr. Girls Soccer, Faith finished the season as CISAA co-top scorer, with 4 goals in 5 games. Her speed, work rate, and ability to track back on defence helped LCS bring home CISAA bronze.
Max Peach ’26 – Max had a breakout season with the Ultimate team, developing into a serious offensive weapon. His 44-yard Hammer throws, multiple assists, and playoff performances made him a game-changer.
Graeme Armstrong ’25 – A consistent and positive presence on the 1st Ultimate team, Graeme brought effort and focus to every practice and game. His defensive play in the finals was instrumental in the team’s success.
Emma Graham ’29 – Emma’s energy and commitment to the Jr. Ultimate team never went unnoticed. She worked hard, stayed positive, and inspired her teammates with her relentless attitude.
Ollie Watt ’25 – Ollie played a key role during a crucial stretch of the season, adapting to multiple positions and delivering standout performances—including a semi-final hat trick that helped power the team’s offense.
And now, we’re excited to announce our May Athlete of the Month… Graeme Armstrong!
Graeme’s reliability, leadership, and defensive skill made him an essential part of the 1st Ultimate team’s playoff success. His contributions have set a strong example of what it means to be a team player.
Congratulations to Graeme—and to all our nominees—for an outstanding month in LCS Athletics!
