Grade 11 Intersession—Learning, Leadership, and Adventure

Last week, our Grade 11 students immersed themselves in Grade 11 Intersession, a week designed to combine learning, creativity, and outdoor adventure while fostering personal leadership and reflection.
The week offered a rich blend of experiences, including introductory AI training, a hands-on pottery workshop, and a full slate of waterfront and field games, giving students the chance to reconnect with each other and explore their own interests.

The experience culminated in a multi-day retreat at Camp Kandalore, where nature, reflection, and shared experiences encouraged students to consider their personal leadership and sense of purpose. Time spent in the outdoors, alongside peers, provided opportunities to collaborate, problem-solve, and grow as individuals within the LCS community.

Through these experiences, Grade 11 Intersession encouraged students to embrace curiosity, creativity, and leadership, laying the foundation for continued growth, learning, and meaningful contributions to the LCS community throughout the year.
