Lakefield College School Named One of Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Cultures of 2021

On November 25, 2021, Lakefield College School was named one of Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Cultures of 2021 by Waterstone Human Capital.

In their review of organizational cultures across Canada, Waterstone Human Capital identified Lakefield College School as an institution that puts people and culture at the forefront of everything they do while driving growth and performance.

This landmark achievement is bolstered by the establishment of a new record. Lakefield College School is the first Canadian independent school to win this prestigious award in the program’s 10-year history.
