Outdoor Adventures at Camp Medeba

Ms. Connelly and Mr. Bemrose’s Grade 11 Outdoor Education class travelled to Guilford, Ontario to spend the day at Camp Medeba. Students participated in an “adventure day” where they climbed the 34-foot tall artificial ice wall using axes and crampons, soared to new heights on the giant swing, and sped down a 700-foot zipline! The day was full of new activities that tested our students’ sense of exploration and offered a change from their typical class schedule.
