Student Leadership Takes Centre Stage at Annual AirBands Competition

Last Friday night was a night to remember as students participated in our annual AirBands competition. The competition showcased student talent, enthusiasm, and school spirit from start to finish. The energy in the gym was palpable as over 400 students danced and lip-synced to their favourite songs, hyping up the crowd with their infectious energy and dynamic performances.

It was great to see our students’ leadership skills shine as they took charge of organizing every aspect of the event, from song mixing to choreography, and scheduling practices to hyping their houses. The initiative shown by our students in organizing this event was truly remarkable. They put in countless hours of hard work and dedication to make the event a success, and their efforts paid off in spades.

It was a joy to see everyone—Grades 9 through 12—have so much fun and be fully immersed in the experience. The sense of community and unity that was evident in the gym that night was truly special, and it was a great way to end the week.

Congratulations to all of our students for putting on such a fantastic show and for making the night a memorable one for everyone!
