LCS Dancer Norah ’24 Competes at the International Dance Organization World Championship in Germany!

Congratulations to LCS Dancer, Norah Appleby ’24 for her remarkable achievement in earning a spot at the prestigious International Dance Organization World Championships in Germany!

Norah is a dedicated dancer who has brought her passion and talent to the stages of numerous LCS musical theatre and dance productions, leaving audiences in awe with her mesmerizing performances.

The road to becoming a member of Team Canada at the International Dance Organization World Championships is no small feat. It requires years of intense training, discipline, and a love for the art form. Norah's remarkable accomplishment is the culmination of countless hours spent perfecting her craft.

Currently, Norah is one of 14 students enrolled in Senior Dance at LCS and is a valued member of the LCS Dance Company, working closely with Ms. Bemrose to refine her skills and showcase her talent. Her participation in this world-class event is a testament to her exceptional abilities and dedication to the art of dance.

The International Dance Organization World Championships stand as the dance world's equivalent of the Olympics. Norah's participation in this prestigious event is not only a personal triumph but also a recognition of her place among the world's most talented dancers.
