This week, MO Bros and MO Sistas (students and staff who support fundraising for men's health) flexed their muscles as they rallied together to pull a firetruck as fast as they could down LCS’ main roadway. It was great to see our students working hard and working together to get the truck moving and a wonderful symbol of our strength in numbers - achieving together what otherwise seems impossible.
MOvember is about so much more than the moustaches we sport on our faces. It's about changing the conversation, changing the face of men's health and changing the fact that prostate cancer, mental health, testicular cancer and countless other diseases that arise from a life of too much sitting, will eventually take a MO Bro - our brothers and fathers, uncles and grandfathers - to the grave before their time.
We invite everyone from the LCS Community to join us in our quest to save the men in our lives. Whether we're stoic, stupid or scared, we have to talk about our health. Join our team, the LCS Mighty MOs and let's start this conversation with all the MO Bros and MO Sistas in our community.
