Culinary Wellness
Our Wellness Club members recently gathered to craft delicious homemade pizzas. Focusing on creating meals that are nutritious and enjoyable, students learned the art of preparing pizza from scratch.
From kneading the dough to layering on toppings, students immersed themselves in the pizza-making process. This hands-on culinary experience not only taught students about crafting nutritious meals but also emphasized the importance of mindful eating habits and balanced nutrition.
The activity provided a platform for students to collaborate, learn, and appreciate the value of making healthy food choices—a crucial aspect of overall wellness.
