Athletics Action - Back on Track!
Wednesday, September 29, was a significant day for LCS Athletes. It was the first time in over 18 months that our teams have been able to compete against other schools. The significance was not lost on us, nor was the feeling of joy and excitement as our athletes travelled (in some cases), warmed up and prepared themselves to compete. Win or lose, it was a great day for all of our teams who performed their best, developed their sportsmanship and enjoyed the collegiality of competing against others on a beautiful fall day.
It was so good to see the following teams out on Wednesday competing and honing their skills in their chosen sport:
- 1st Girls’ Basketball vs Albert College
- Jr. G Basketball vs Albert College
- 1st Boys’ Volleyball vs Toronto Montessori School and and Crestwood Preparatory College
- Jr. Boys’ Volleyball vs Toronto Montessori School and Crestwood Preparatory College (Tri meet)
- Jr. Girls’ Field Hockey vs Toronto Montessori School and Trinity College School
- 2nd Boys’ Soccer vs Albert College
- Golf Team (at Wildfire)

Lakefield College School is a private, coeducational boarding and day school for students in grades 9 through 12, located in Lakefield, Ontario, Canada.
