Congratulations to Our 2024/25 Co-Head Students

The election to select the Co-Head Students for the 2024/25 year was held last week.

Congratulations to Hannah El-Baradie ’25 and Jero Santoyo ’25 who were elected by their peers and staff. Both Hannah and Jero are excited about being selected as Co-Head Students and they are looking forward to leading the student body next year.

When we asked Hannah ’25 and Jero ’25 what they are most excited about for their new roles, they said:

“I am excited to be a person who students can turn to for support. I recognize the challenges of high school and my goal is to create a more welcoming environment at LCS, whether it's through a smile in the hallways or advocating for positive changes in the community.” – Hannah ’25

“I am excited to elevate Lakefield's community to new heights, making our collective experience even more memorable. I aim to foster an inclusive, energetic, and engaging community where students feel valued and empowered to achieve their full potential.” – Jero ’25

We extend our congratulations, also, to each of the nominated candidates who shared their perspectives of leadership with the school in Chapel last week. Graeme Armstrong ’25, Louisa Dalglish ’25, Aman Gupta ’25, and Jane White ’25 are to be commended for their service to the school. We look forward to seeing the leadership skills of the entire Class of 2025 next year!
