The LCS Leadership Team Attends Canada’s Most Admired Gala
On November 25, 2021, Lakefield College School was named one of Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Cultures of 2021 by Waterstone Human Capital. This week, members of our Leadership Team attended a gala in Toronto in celebration of this award. At the gala, they heard from keynote speaker, Doug Murphy (President & CEO of Corus Entertainment Inc.) about Leading a Culture-Centric Organization.
They also had the chance to hear from a range of guest speakers, including John Baker (President and CEO of D2L), Vanessa Lewerentz (Chief Inclusion Officer at BMO), Emma Horgan (Chief People Officer, Questrade), and more about important topics, including:
