As part of the THRIVE program, LCS staff had the opportunity to take short workshops on Monday before the students returned on topics that would help them navigate a busy spring term - preparing healthy meals, 20-minute body-weight workouts, and priority management. Workshops were led by Dr. Greg Wells and his team. It was a great way to start the spring term!
